Improve the Bluetooth earpiece you have today to have a video camera on the front and back. I have other applications for this device, but it would make a great journal of your day or fun video call that shows what's happening around you, not just your face.
Plus with enough improvement, you might not have to carry the video camera or still camera on vacations. Think of it as a useful camera for the iPhone, which could truly be point and click, even rapid click with zoom of course.
